Shipping policy

Shipping timeline of orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. While delays are rare, they can happen due to holidays or courier issues. If so, we’ll keep you informed. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

Missing or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, please email us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll look into it and make it right as soon as possible.
