Studio Siya Return & Exchange Policy

At Studio Siya, we want you to love what you receive. While we do not offer returns, we’re happy to help with exchanges so you can find the right fit or style.

Exchange guidelines

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Products should be in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for exchanges.

  • To request an exchange, email us at siyadesigns23@gmail.com  with your order number.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Please note: Items purchased from our home studio are NOT eligible for exchange. Please make sure to try the garment and then make the purchase. 


Additional Information

  • Handcrafted variations: Each Siya piece is made by hand. Slight variations in print, color, or finish are natural and part of the charm of handmade clothing, not defects.

  • Color differences: Due to hand-dye processes and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.

  • Shipping timeline: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. While delays are rare, they can happen due to holidays or courier issues. If so, we’ll keep you informed. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

  • Missing or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, please email us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll look into it and make it right as soon as possible.
